Our Skill X classes are based on developing athletic performance using a balanced training format scientifically proven to increase physical capacities. All workouts are designed to supercharge your Power, Agility, Speed, and Stamina, all within a short 45-minute session.

The group walks for 1.5 -2 hours including a refreshment stop at a cafe. This is a fun gentle walking group for all ages and abilities. Come along and make new friends from your local community, have fun and get active! Just like a regular yoga class practise. Chair yoga increases flexibility, strength and awareness. The class also includes pranayama breathing techniques and meditation to promote focus, mental clarity and relaxation.
These swim sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for children living with SEND, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions. All under 8s must attend with an adult (18+), 1 adult for every 2 under 8s.
