A class designed for people following a cardiac episode, including surgery, to continue to be active in a safe environment.
Sessions for adults to swim socially, no lanes. These sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for those living with dementia, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions
A fun and engaging bowls session adapted to be inclusive for all. Led by a fully qualified coach with all equipment provided. Wear suitable clothing and clean flat (no ridges) footwear. All equipment is provided but if you have your own woods please bring them with you. Please contact your local Centre for accessibility information.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £12.00 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.

Choose from 2 walk grades. If this is your first Health Walk, please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start so you can listen to a pre walk briefing. You don't need any special equipment but be sure to dress for the weather and wear sturdy shoes and bring a bottle of water.
