A social, led, brisk, short walk which, done on a regular basis, can help you feel good and have more energy. Health Walks are led by trained walk leaders and vary in length to suit all abilities. Be sure to check with site to confirm the meeting place as it could be in a community setting rather than the Centre. All you need is a comfortable pair of shoes and possibly a drink.
A Woodland Wellbeing forest bathing session normally lasts between 1 and a half to 2 hours. Expect a mindful, gentle paced stroll immersed in the natural environment. We will be moving at approximately 2-3 miles an hour.
