ParaciseTM is a low intensity and low impact exercise class, that is accessible and specifically designed for those with a wide range of health conditions. It offers an entry point for all those people who would benefit physically and mentally from lower intensity exercise.
A womens only session, ideal for all, whether you are a new or experienced player.The session includes a group warm-up then a 25 mins each way match. A slower form of football, great for cardio fitness, fun and friendships.
