iPaddle Sessions. We have been delivering inclusive and adaptive supported sessions now for a few years and are now in a great position to host free inclusive adaptive paddle sessions over the summer. PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site 01472 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.

Build full-body strength in a small-group outdoor class using barbells, weights, and timed circuits. This 55-minute session is designed to help you get stronger, improve muscle tone, and gain confidence with lifting — all in the fresh air of Battersea Park. With a maximum of 6 people per class, you’ll get personalised coaching and safe technique guidance, whether you’re a beginner or experienced lifter.
An adaptable class that responds to your individual ability, water confidence and focus. Perfect for returning to exercise, building confidence and fitness. Suitable for recovery from injury or managing a musculoskeletal condition as well as general wellbeing. Pre-registration is required before attending your first Good Boost session, please contact your local leisure facility.
A welcoming, gentle and relaxed experience in the pool. Great for people who are simply wanting a quieter low key session to enjoy swimming.
