A friendly and inclusive programme, allowing women the opportunity to find their place in the sport. It’s netball, but at a walking pace where the rules are slightly tweaked. Join us for connection, laughter and fun. Book ahead or pay and play one session at a time – no long-term commitment is required.
Walking sports are an adaption of the traditional game and caters for all abilities who want to keep active, improve physical and mental health as well as meeting new friends and having fun. In this version of the game, there is no running allowed.

Badminton sessions for adults and juniors with a physical or learning disability. Saturdays 1-2pm. (Term time only) Coaching and games. We cater for all disabilities. All equipment provided including rackets. We do have our own sports wheelchairs but please let Kirsty know if you’re coming so we make sure we have enough for those that are attending. Spaces must be booked. Sessions are term time but please contact Kirsty Wilcox on 07966 719616 to check session is on.
