Headway Suffolk offers a range of sporting activities for people with a neurological condition. We make the most of the outside gym when weather permits. We have a sporting activity most week days. Please contact 01473 712225 for an assessment.
A coach-led wheelchair tennis session for beginners and intermediates every Tuesday from 11.00AM -1.00 PM and every Thursday from 6.00PM - 8.00PM at the Cathie Sabin Community Tennis Centre, Sundorne Rd, Shrewsbury, on the site of the Shrewsbury Club.

CIYMS Tennis Club run inclusive sessions for people with sight loss. Adult sessions are every Tuesday from 11.30am - 12.30pm. The Community Club is a pan disability weekly multisport club. The club delivers a range of inclusive traditional and Paralympic sports including Football, Basketball, Cricket, Tennis, Boccia and more. Our sports club is open to anyone with a disability, aged 8 years and older (no maximum age limit). Siblings, parents, carers, and support works can join in for free! The club is welcoming, fun and engaging for everyone!
