The theme is for an adventure walk involving an ascent of 1,285 feet (390 metres) with fantastic views incorporating the Ribble valley, the forest of Bowland and on a clear day Morecambe Bay and the Pennines. This is the second of more challenging hill walks to the trig points of many North West based popular features. This overlooks Bowland Forest Gliding club and the location for hangliders on the west side of Parlick Hill.. It is essential to register and book in advance online.

Sunday 'Extra' Walk - ideal for anyone training for a Challenge or those simply wanting a longer Sunday Walk.
