These gentle walks are suitable for people who would like to start Nordic Walking to get fit but have no/ little walking experience, have had an injury or an knee/ hip operation. We will walk on level country lanes but we will also incorporate fields and hills in our walks which are 2-3 miles. Gear 1 and sometimes 2 Please bring a (hot drink) for after the walk.
