Feeling Good tennis has been hugely successful and was created to use tennis as a tool to support adults with their mental health. The tennis are on Wednesday between 10-11am and on Friday between 1-2pm. Wheelchair Basketball is a unique sport which encompasses both people with disabilities and people who are able-bodied. The Club has a Youth Section (ages 7-16) and an Adult Section (ages 14+). Sports chairs can be provided.
A fun version of Rugby League that fully inclusive and gives you the opportunity to progress to international level or just play for fun and fitness. We are a fully inclusive sport and offer our version to everyone and anyone who wants to play rugby league but for some reason cant play the running version. We supply all the equipment you will need

Community Tennis at Ulster has taken over from Causeway Community Tennis Club to promote and encourage everyone to play tennis. Opportunity provided by www.activelivingnolimits.co.uk hosted by Disability Sport NI.
Each session includes fundamental skills involved in each of the sports, as well as various match play of each sport.
Berkshire Vision provide a monthly programme of adapted and accessible sports for people with visual impairments. These sports change with the seasons, some run all year round.
