Movers and Shakers FC, Neuro Walking Football Worcestershire, was set up in January 2022 to encourage people with neurological conditions to return to sport and keep active whilst providing a safe, social and supportive environment focusing on fun, inclusivity and friendship. We run training sessions every week on Wednesdays and Fridays at 11.00am at Little Oakley Football Club. Open to all comers, with each session priced at £3.00. A great chance to get more active, rediscover old footballing skills and to socialise with a great bunch of people.
