A social, led, brisk, short walk which, done on a regular basis, can help you feel good and have more energy. Health Walks are led by trained walk leaders and vary in length to suit all abilities. Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter, and camaraderie.
