Once competent the user can visit any time to utilise the benefits of the Paragolfer, play golf and socialise in the golf environment any time. Through Expert coaching we can ensure the route to regular recreational activity.

Badminton is a very inclusive sport. This session is aimed particularly at adult participants who have an intellectual (learning) disability (Minimum age 16). If you would like to get involved with the great game of badminton, then this group could be for you. It’s the fastest racket sport in the world but don’t worry, we usually take a bit of time when we play! We start each session with a group warm up, just to loosen up and to prepare for the session. The Community Club is a pan disability weekly multisport club. The club delivers a range of inclusive traditional and Paralympic sports including Football, Basketball, Cricket, Tennis, Boccia and more. Our sports club is open to anyone with a disability, aged 8 years and older (no maximum age limit). Siblings, parents, carers, and support works can join in for free! The club is welcoming, fun and engaging for everyone!
