This sessions is open to anyone who would like to have a go a tennis. We go over basic technique, rules and tactics. This session is very sociable and easy going.
Feeling Good tennis has been hugely successful and was created to use tennis as a tool to support adults with their mental health. The tennis are on Wednesday between 10-11am and on Friday between 1-2pm.
