These walks are a chance to use your Nordic Walking skills in the stunning surroundings of the New Forest and our beautiful coastline.
This is a beginner's walking group suitable for everyone. The meeting point will be by the outdoor gym. Wear comfortable/suitable clothing and footwear. The group walks for 1.5 -2 hours including a refreshment stop at a cafe. This is a fun gentle walking group for all ages and abilities. Come along and make new friends from your local community, have fun and get active! Hampshire Healthy Families Ready Steady Walks are free, push-chair friendly, social walking groups for families with young children living in Hampshire. Ready Steady Walk is a good excuse to get out into the fresh air and give you the chance to meet local families in your community. Your local walking group will be led by a Barnardo’s volunteer, or your local community worker. The walking groups meet once a week at the same venue in your area, at the same day and time.
