These WALX make every step count! Total Body walking™ is a unique mix of drills and strength exercises. Some weeks we will be focussing on fast paced Nordic Walking alone. Other weeks, we will be using other drills and/or equipment, dependent on the weather and other factors.

Gentle WALX is great for those who are getting back into exercise, have a health condition or simply want to move well and be fit for life! The class is designed to help you get confident moving outdoors, whilst enjoying the fresh air and having some fun.

Each week we will be looking at different Factors which will give you a different view of what Total Body WALX is all about.
Wellbeing Walks are short walks, run by friendly, specially trained volunteer walk leaders, who are on hand to provide encouragement and support. All walks are free of charge and are open to everyone – you don’t need to preregister, just come along and join us. The routes start and finish at the same location as advertised, and last between 30 and 90 minutes.
