Wellbeing Walks are regular walks that are free and open to all. Join this beginners walk in and around Barton. A gentle walk of around 45 minutes finishing in the Helping Hands Community café around 2.45pm for refreshments and a chat. Brisk and Burning Nordic Walking can quickly build your general fitness, but adding some specific exercises will help you to perform better and keep improving your fitness.
