Our indoor Walking Tennis sessions started as a way for people with lower mobility to still participate in tennis. The smaller court, softer balls and two bounces allow the game to be played at normal speed but with less need for running. We now have around 20 players playing weekly! The session is a great way to exercise that improves your health and fitness while developing tennis skills, socialising and having fun!
