A social, led, brisk, short walk which, done on a regular basis, can help you feel good and have more energy. Health Walks are led by trained walk leaders and vary in length to suit all abilities. Be sure to check with site to confirm the meeting place as it could be in a community setting rather than the Centre. All you need is a comfortable pair of shoes and possibly a drink.
Ringwood forest walk, from the outskirts of Verwood going through a nature reserve and climbs up to the top of the forest. A walk with a couple of hills and lovely views. Good paths generally on forest trails. Option to have coffee together after.
