Brisk and Burning Nordic Walking can quickly build your general fitness, but adding some specific exercises will help you to perform better and keep improving your fitness. Instruction is provided in the correct use of poles to improve posture, mobility and flexibility and a stepping stone to improved Fitness and Health, in a sociable and welcoming atmosphere.
