Walking Football is a slower and safer version of the beautiful game. It is designed to help everyone have an active lifestyle regardless of their age and ability. It is a great way to keep fit, learn skills, have fun and socialise at the same time. Open to male and female players.

Women of all ages and levels of fitness or ability are invited to come along to one of our Walking Football sessions to take part in a slower-paced version of the beautiful game. With a number of sessions currently being delivered, enquiries are coming in on a weekly basis from older women wanting to know more about the game and how they can get involved. MindSTONES is a free football scheme for men aged 18+ who wish to improve their mental and physical fitness in a friendly, open and safe environment. The one-hour sessions consist of a themed group discussion on mental wellbeing, a soccer drill and a short non-competitive match. MindSTONES sessions are held at Valley Park School, Maidstone on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8pm to 9pm, outside on the 3G pitch.
