Book Now! This session is for female only players, and offers women a chance to get involved in a slower-paced version of football with a very informative coach giving you the 'Why' and 'How's. This is located on grass pitches and therefore Normal trainers, astroturf trainers and moulds are suitable footwear, however in the winter months moulds, studs or sturdier shoes are more fitting. Various sports activities held inside a sports hall for adults with a range of disabilities. Sessions are run by qualified coaches and supported by DBS cleared volunteers
We currently run a Children's Pan Disability football session on Sunday Mornings for anyone with additional needs, and are starting a new weekday session on Monday evenings from late September 2024. We also run Walking football sessions for over 50's and will be starting an over 70';s version this autumn.
