Our indoor Walking Tennis sessions started as a way for people with lower mobility to still participate in tennis. The smaller court, softer balls and two bounces allow the game to be played at normal speed but with less need for running. We now have around 20 players playing weekly! Bedford Council have partnered with Bedford Blues Foundation to deliver two multi-activity clubs at John Bunyan Sport and Fitness Centre on a Tuesday and a Saturday.
