ShrewsAbility sessions are our specialised disability sports programmes which run every week. Each session caters to the needs of multiple disabilities. Coaches deliver specific sessions aimed at those who have Down Syndrome and Cerebral Palsy, along with PAN football which is an all inclusive session for those with any kind of disability. For anyone who wants to come and have a go, you are able to attend your first two sessions for free! (Excluding Ludlow sessions) Sessions available...
This session is all about growing female football participation, improving fitness, offering women an alternative way to exercise and providing an opportunity for women to continue to enjoy the game in a relaxed, welcoming environment away from competitive leagues. If you used play but haven’t for years due to life, work, children and other responsibilities getting in the way, or if you have never played but fancy giving it a go, this is the ideal session for you.

Lisburn Rovers VI Football Club are the current UK Visual Impairment Championship League Champions and are currently competing in the UK Visual Impairment Premiership League. New plays with a Visual Impairment are very welcome to come and join the club at Lisburn Leisureplex! The junior section (7-14 years) runs from 10-11am on Saturday mornings and the senior section (15 years and over) from 7-8pm on Wednesday nights. The cost is £2 per session.
