Mixed ability walk up to 90 minutes about 3 to 5 miles depending on ability of walkers who turn up. Moderate to steep hills, faster pace and possible stiles. If this is your first Health Walk, please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start so you can listen to a pre walk briefing.
