These WALX make every step count! Total Body walking ™ is a unique mix of drills and strength exercises. Open to Non Nordic Walkers. This walk is for those who can walk approx 5-6 km in an hour and is at a strenuous pace. Please do get in touch if you wish to ascertain your suitability. For just a £28.00 monthly membership you can join *unlimited WALX, on line classes and a free mnthly walk with any other group *90mins & under.
This adventure walk is a 90 minute walk in gear 2 (minimum) - a great chance to increase your stamina if you're happy walking for this length of time with only minimal breaks for a quick drink! A lovely walk from this beautiful location out onto the ridge to enjoy the stunning views for miles around! This is a great winter walk as it's all on tracks, so dry underfoot and some great uphill interval opportunities for building stamina!!

Goring is a wonderful place to walk all year round. The route is beautifully flat, giving us the flexibility to pick up the pace or simply enjoy a relaxed stroll. We can choose to stride out towards Worthing and back for a fast, flat out-and-back walk, or wander along the beach before cutting into the peaceful woodland area. Whichever route we take, it’s always a fantastic walk.

Our Friday Walk is a feelgood one but with an added fitness element of slightly faster pace, longer distance or some hills (not all 3 together!) so some may run to 1 1/4 hours but this will be listed. This gives you the chance to make some fitness gains whilst enjoying the company of friends and the scenery of Saddleworth.
