Thursday evening 60 min exercise session outdoors on astroturf. 15 minute pre-session warm up and everything is supplied from bibs to the ball. All you need to do is bring a water bottle, suitable footwear, and turn up to have fun. Each week there is are different captains nominated - see our YouTube channel.
