Displaying local activities and events running in the next two weeks
A free, run and friendly weekly 2k event for juniors (4 to 14 year old's) and their families. parkrun is positive, welcoming and inclusive. There are no time limits and no one finishes last. Parent/guardians who ultimately have responsibility for the welfare of their children, parents/guardians do not have to take part but must remain in attendance during the event.

A moderaterly placed one hour (ish) social walk which will help improve your fitness and wellbeing. Please park at Bedfords car park by Wildlife centre (cafe) where the walk will start from. Parking is free.
