Sport in Mind are delighted to present this free, welcoming and supportive badminton session at King Alfred Leisure Centre in Brighton and Hove, every Tuesday at 3:30pm-4:30pm. This session is open to anyone 17 years or older who is experiencing low mood, stress, social isolation or a mental health problem. The Community Club is a pan disability weekly multisport club. The club delivers a range of inclusive traditional and Paralympic sports including Football, Basketball, Cricket, Tennis, Boccia and more. Our sports club is open to anyone with a disability, aged 8 years and older (no maximum age limit). Siblings, parents, carers, and support works can join in for free! The club is welcoming, fun and engaging for everyone!
