Walking football for Women aged 40+
Recreational Walking Football for fun, to benefit physical, mental and social health. Sessions are 60 minutes and consist of warm ups, ball skills and games. All ages and abilities welcome. We play on a 3G Astroturf pitch.⚽️

AFC Totton worked closely with Dimensions on local initiatives at the Snows Stadium - this relationship flourished and the outcome was the development of the Pan Disability team at AFC Totton. The team compete in the Pan Disability League, which was originally set up by The Saints Foundation and will be run by Eastleigh FC for the coming season. A slower-paced version of the world`s most popular sport, aimed at the over 50's. Smaller pitches and plenty of breaks ensure that participants enjoy a safe and enjoyable return to football. The slower pace doesn't detract from the competition though - it`s much more than just a stroll in the park!

Movers and Shakers FC, Neuro Walking Football Worcestershire, was set up in January 2022 to encourage people with neurological conditions to return to sport and keep active whilst providing a safe, social and supportive environment focusing on fun, inclusivity and friendship.
