These walks are a chance to use your Nordic Walking skills in the stunning surroundings of the New Forest and our beautiful coastline.
This charming circular walk starts from Knaresborough Market Place, picks up the footpath alongside woodland high above Abbey Road, and descends to join Abbey Road, back along Waterside, and returning up along cobbled streets into Knaresborough. The walk is about 3.3 miles, and takes about 90 minutes at a fairly brisk pace. Please note the different car parking/meeting place from the usual place.
Every week we combine physical activity with helping out the community. We jog, cycle or walk to places such as the Foodbank, Colchester Borough Homes, Colchester in Bloom and litter picks having a lot of fun and raising our heart rate at your own level.😀 We also organise social events and volunteer at festivals and running events and compete in races.
