Participants meet and chat with a hot or cold drink from 1:00-1:30PM before beginning the relaxing and rejuvenating route from Hay Hall Manor House, Birmingham, B11 2BE, along the canal and back to Hay Hall Manor House. The walk usually takes an hour from 1:30-2:30PM. Resources for Autism partner with us for this walk.

This walking group activity is delivered by Community Voluntary Services Tendring (CVST) as part of the lottery funded Healthier Independent Longer Lives (HILL) project. It is designed to help people lead healthier, more independent and active lives. This friendly group is a great way to get outside and enjoy the local area. Come along to meet new friends and get active. There is a refreshment stop during the walk and the walk starts from different places so make sure you call first!
This very pleasant walk follows the River Nidd east for a short while before crossing over it, then circling around Manor House Wood, and Throstle Nest before returning to the car park (and possible refrteshments at the adjacent Darley shop and cafe!).
