We run a recreational walking football session for ladies over 40 and men over 50. No experience necessary.
This football session is a mixed gender session for footballers with disabilities, and offer a range of technical areas such as ball control, shooting and passing. We always look to develop participants socially, physically, and technically at a pace that suits them. We aim to create an environment that is safe and secure and allows each participant to express themselves and have fun.
