The group walks for 1.5 -2 hours including a refreshment stop at a cafe. This is a fun gentle walking group for all ages and abilities. Come along and make new friends from your local community, have fun and get active! Level 2: 2 - 2.5 miles, tracks and some hills or moderate pace. Ideal for those looking to develop their walking fitness and able to complete 45-60 mins with minimal stops.
