Level 1: 1 - 1.5 miles, flat or gentle slopes, no stiles and ideal for those able to complete 30- 40 mins with minimal stops. Level 2: 2 - 2.5 miles, tracks and some hills or moderate pace. We offer short walks of between 25 - 30 minutes at the pace of the slowest or least confident person and we are happy to stop and wait for anyone who needs to rest during the walks. The walk is usually followed by a refreshments and a chat.
Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter, and camaraderie. Our sessions will be lead by a walking netball host who will support you if you are new to netball or would like a refresher.
