Duration - one hour, walk grade - 2. Often people say that they are afraid of joining a guided walk because they don’t want to hold back the group. Well this walk is designed for those who don’t want to be rushed. It’s conducted at the pace of the slowest walker. Faster walkers can go ahead and we will have regular catch-up and re-groupings.

A more gentle walk for those with a recent medical condition that means that mobility is limited, and who feel their fitness levels have declined as a result. The challenge is still to manage an hour walk, with rests when needed. Regularly weekly walks can bring improvements. Start of the walk is at the same time of the other group.
