Why not try something different and try to walk on water inside a giant ball. You can go in fully clothed and you don’t even get wet.
A fun session filled with basketball-based activities run by our excellent coaches Dov and Rhys. No basketball experience is needed! This session caters for those new to the sport, in addition to those wanting to progress their skills further! At this session, you will have access to: Games-based basketball activities Socialising with new and current friends!
PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
Trampoline and Gymnastics Coaching. All welcome. Over 10% of our members have a disability and we are encouraging more to join. We adapt the activities on the Trampoline to your specific disability. You don't have to be able to bounce, we use bean bags and can bounce you. If you can't see, we will bounce with you. Give it a go, it's fun.
Tai Chi For Health: Armagh Improve your health and well-being by taking part in our Tai Chi for Health programme. Tai Chi is a low impact form of exercise that can be enjoyed by all ages and fitness levels.
