Hampshire Healthy Families Ready Steady Walks are free, push-chair friendly, social walking groups for families with young children living in Hampshire. Ready Steady Walk is a good excuse to get out into the fresh air and give you the chance to meet local families in your community. Your local walking group will be led by a Barnardo’s volunteer, or your local community worker. The walking groups meet once a week at the same venue in your area, at the same day and time.

The classes are suitable for older adults who haven’t exercised before or who have started to experience a decline in their physical ability.Each class is taught by a qualified and knowledgeable instructor who will be able to answer any questions you might have.
