May 4th Only / Longer than 90 minutes, about 5-6 miles, classified as a progression walk. If this is your first Health Walk, please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start so you can listen to a pre walk briefing. You don't need any special equipment but be sure to dress for the weather and wear sturdy shoes and bring a bottle of water. We are a friendly team offering this exciting sport to youth (8+) and Adult players (16+) with a physical impairment. You don’t need to be a wheelchair user to take part.
