parkrun is a free, community event where you can walk, jog, run, volunteer or spectate. parkrun is 5k and takes place every Saturday morning. junior parkrun is 2k, dedicated to 4-14 year olds and their families, every Sunday morning. parkrun is positive, welcoming and inclusive, there is no time limit and no one finishes last. Everyone is welcome to come along.

Parent/guardians who ultimately have responsibility for the welfare of their children, parents/guardians do not have to take part but must remain in attendance during the event.
Sessions for adults to swim socially, no lanes. These sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for those living with dementia, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions
Sessions for all ages looking to build their water confidence for disabled people or those with long term medical or health conditions.
1 hour to 1.5 hours , about 3 to 5 miles, moderate hills, possible steep inclines & stiles, faster pace. Talking with each other is an important part of our Health Walk, so we’ll try to stick to a pace that makes this possible. A brisk pace is our aim – walking as if we are late for an appointment. Children are welcome, however under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult and must also be registered as a health walker.
Level Water provide 1:1 and adapted swimming lessons to ensure every child has the opportunity to learn to swim and develop a lifelong love of the water. In addition to our regular lesson slots of 16:00 - 19:00 Monday to Friday, and 09:00 - 12:00 on Saturdays, we can also deliver lessons on a wider variety of days and times to suit your requirements.
