Wellbeing Walks are short walks, run by friendly, specially trained volunteer walk leaders, who are on hand to provide encouragement and support. Off-road adaptive cycling sessions for everyone from complete beginners to experienced riders. We have e-assist handcycles for those with the ability to independently use the equipment. Grade 3 - 1 hour, about 3 miles, moderate hills, faster pace and possible stiles / Grade 4 - Up to 90 minutes, about 4 - 5 miles, possible steep inclines and stiles. The game has been designed so that anyone can play it, regardless of fitness level and sessions are taken by a trained activator.
