Tai Chi is a slow moving exercises that works on your balance and movement. This class is suitable for those who are still steady on their feet.
Yoga Classes running Monday April 8, 15 and 22. Be there for 11.20am for an 11.30 prompt start. Coaching Room in Foyle Arena. Highly skilled teacher, used to working with the VI community. The Foyle connected community is renowned for their warm welcomes; so bus, train, or helicopter in, someone will meet you at the front door of the Foyle Arena to walk you down if you are unsure of the building! Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie.
