Level set between Beginner Walks: Under 1 mile, flat and even ground, no stiles, gentle pace and frequent stops, Ideal for those new to walking or living with health conditions that impact fitness or mobility. Frome Otters Hydro Club offers after-school swimming lessons for children with disabilities, allowing them to enjoy the freedom of the water and learn to swim safely, just like mainstream kids. We operate an open session for regular or occasional interval training on the track at the SGS WISE campus track. The training starts at 6:15 with a few warm up laps, drills and then an interval session (effort/rest/effort/rest etc.) finishing around 7:15. Anyone capable of running a continuous 5k is welcome and we operate different groups to suit everyone's pace.
