Lancaster Lions FC is an inclusive football club for athletes with a variety of different needs. We aim to play football in a fun and enjoyable way. Lancaster Lions FC currently runs two different ability-based sessions involving a warm-up, skills and drills and then implementing these into a gameplay scenario. Our new weekly sessions for children and young people who are Deaf or are Hearing Impaired/Hard of Hearing. Sessions are for Girls and Boys, aged 4 to 16. Attendees may be Deaf and using BSL, or wearers of Cochlear Implants or Hearing Aids. Coaches have additional certification/qualifications in Deaf Awareness and/or BSL.
