Sessions for adults to swim socially, no lanes. These sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for those living with dementia, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions
A Soft Play session with a focus on children up to 10 years with special educational needs and disabilities. Adult supervision ratios apply. No outside food and drink is permitted. All junior tickets include 1 adult, all additional adults need to purchase a ticket. Socks must be work at all times.
A recovery and rehabilitation exercise class for sports injuries, health conditions or relaxation. This class benefits from the low impact, supported movements that the pool has to offer.
The Accessible Swim Session is designed to help disabled and less-abled swimmers to build on their water confidence and swimming technique. Available to to all users in a friendly and supportive environment. Pool hoist available if required.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
Janneke's Monday morning adventure walk This is a 90 minutes walk on footpaths through fields and over stiles around Ellastone. Come and enjoy this early morning walk to get an active start at the beginning of your week. Using gears 2 and 3, working through the gears for progression and endurance. Swimming is an low-impact workout that works the whole body. It can help build cardiovascular fitness, stamina and strength.
