PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.

Mondays 4:30-5:30pm (term time only) £4 per session Join our inclusive badminton sessions- all abilities welcome! Our instructor Mick can adapt sessions for any disabilities and runs a relaxed group where having fun is the number one priority. Sessions include a mix of fun and engaging mini games to help build your skills, as well as some competitive games too.
Our swim club is for those who have accessed or are waiting to access our 1:1 hydrotherapy programme to support ongoing movement opportunities using the support of water. We run a weekly session during term time.
Rugby league training sessions and monthly festivals for people with a Physical Disability. Our PDRL team are brilliant and are always on the look out for new male and female players! We are the only club within PDRL that have a female player and we like to champion this! There are opportunities for both contact and non-contact rugby, we welcome all abilities and backgrounds so please feel free to get in touch!
