Level Water provide 1:1 and adapted swimming lessons to ensure every child has the opportunity to learn to swim and develop a lifelong love of the water. Sessions cover a number of components of Exercise to help improve Cardiovascular fitness, Strength of muscles and bones together with improving balance. It's a friendly and informal class offering alternative exercises when needed.
