Very low intensity workout aimed at people wanting to improve strength and posture. Exercise bands are used within the session to increase strength for people who are de-conditioned or coming back to exercise following operations or illness.
Every week over the summer holidays we run paddle camps. Join us for 5 days of fun from Monday to Friday. Timing vary depending on the tides.
These WALX make every step count! Total Body walking™ is a unique mix of drills and strength exercises. Each week we will be looking at different Factors which will give you a different view of what Total Body WALX is all about.

Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie.
