A low impact easy on the joints walking workout. During this class the focus is to get your daily step count up while using some light weights to sculpt and strengthen.

We run a fun, friendly and inclusive wheelchair rugby session. We train on Sunday mornings 10.30 – 12.30 at Brighton University Sports Centre, just behind the Amex Stadium in Falmer. We welcome new players with a physical disability– no previous experience required – and we can provide all the necessary equipment including specialist sports rugby wheelchairs.
Session for family to build water confidence in a calm environment with unique ambience created by coloured lighting effects and sounds/music. This activity’s ideal for those looking to enjoy a sensory experience based around visual, hearing and touch senses.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
The walk takes us along the Stratford canal to Austey Wood. There is a steady climb to the top of the wood and then a descent to Cutlers Farm with great views. Pleasant walk through fields and then through Knowle Wood and arriving back at Cutlers Farm. The rest of the walk is through fields and quiet country lanes until we get back on the Stratford canal and retrace our steps to the start point.

Join us for an exploration of Canon Hill with some lovely view points of the New Forest, a gentle woodland walk along some wide tracks and some gentle climbs up to the viewpoints. Some of the walk can be muddy and this is a popular area for Dog walkers. Roots and uneven terrain on parts of the walk. We will meet at The Old Thatch at Stapehill and afterwards enjoy coffee and cake in their cafe.
Come and join our WALX classes. To get the most from using poles in our WALX sessions, the Power of Poles is an excellent starting point. We are excited to welcome newcomers to the use of poles to exercise the whole body whilst walking. Using poles will engage your core, improve posture and take the weight off lower body joints.
