Our Wado-Ryu karate sessions are led by Robert Camp who competed from a young age for England and continues to compete himself professionally. The session is open to all ages from age 4 and upwards - parents can join in with their children - and all abilities! Pace one A 2k to 3k gentle WALX that incorporates balance work, flexibility and strength exercises and maybe a bit of yoga or relaxation too. On Monday these walks take place around Stanmore and Harrow Weald on mainly flat terrain but we do go on trails through the woods so that we can enjoy the changes in nature throughout the year.
