This is a seniors class for all ages above 50 and all levels of fitness. The class is fun and all ages (above 50)/ all abilities welcome. The exercises aim to improve your function: day to day life. Adventure Walk: Winster, Wensley and Bluebells Meet: at 9.15 for 9.30am start at Winster Play ground car park, Wensley Road, Winster, DE4 2DH Distance: 6 - 6.5 miles, 3 - 3.5 hours The walk: Footpaths, farm tracks and quiet lanes without pavement.
