Instructor led sessions where participants are able to follow individually tailored exercise to meet their muscular skeletal conditions.
Sessions for adults to swim socially, no lanes. These sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for those living with dementia, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions
A slower-paced version of the sport for male and female participants. These sessions will help improve your fitness, health and well-being and you don’t need brilliant tennis skills to join in, just a desire for fun and enjoyment.

Dance for everyone
Slow gentle seated movements, suitable for those with tight muscles and movement limitations. Designed to re-train the brain to let go of tension, promote movement and self-awareness. Finishing with relaxation exercises and chance for a chat.
Playtimes aims for a relaxing, easy going social atmosphere. This class is great for older babies for their early brain development, gaining more co-ordination through exploring tactile objects and different textured resources, promoting physical gross motor movements.. leading towards their early speech and language development, they can enjoy the social interactions and becoming more physically mobile as they explore.
