The classes are suitable for older adults who haven’t exercised before or who have started to experience a decline in their physical ability. There are two classes available: A Beginner/Intermediate class which lasts for 45 minutes and an Intermediate/Advanced class, which lasts for approximately 1 hour. Gentle WALX that ienables those who are new to nordic walking, those who are getting back into fitness or recovering from injury. A gentle walk that will not include any hills. We may incorporate some balance work, flexibility and stretching exercises at the end of the walk and maybe a bit of yoga or relaxation too.
Circuit Training is suitable for all levels of ability and combines high-intensity aerobic exercises with resistance training. It helps builds muscular stength and endurance.
Gentle Pilates allows the mind to relax, body to unwind, and to find a deeper connection between physical and emotional being through the use of linking movement and breath. This class is a slow paced and relaxed way for beginners to introduce themselves to Pilates, for those who are returning after an injury or anyone who needs a light Pilates session. These sessions will ultimately help you to get out of back pain and get you moving better, feeling better and living better.

Off-road adaptive cycling sessions for everyone from complete beginners to experienced riders. We have e-assist handcycles for those with the ability to independently use the equipment.
