Our class is designed for people recently diagnosed with Parkinson’s or those with early/moderate-stage Parkinson’s. This exercise classes will help with strength, balance, movement and flexibility using body weight exercises.
Very low intensity workout aimed at people wanting to improve strength and posture. Exercise bands are used within the session to increase strength for people who are de-conditioned or coming back to exercise following operations or illness.
